Solution Upon receipt of shipment, please inspect cartons immediately and in the presence of the delivery person. If you receive an incorrect item due to our error, we will issue a UPS tag (where available) at no charge or reimburse you for return shipping through UPS Ground and we will ship out the correct item as soon as possible.

To notify us Damaged Goods / Shipping Errors, Please go to your order confirmation email and reply, making sure the Subject is not changed.

Please include the following in the message

For Damaged items
-Damage of the part, and the box
-Any as much details as you can about the damage or error.

For Errors
-Part # you received

Respond time for Damaged Goods / Shipping Errors is usually by the next business day
